One Bar Cart Two Ways

One Bar Cart Two Ways

Enjoying the last few moments of 2019 and prepping for our annual New Year’s celebration with close friends.

So why not break my self-inflicted social media vacation for a little post on how I’m styling our new Serena & Lily Monaco Bar Cart for NYE and New Year’s Day.

One cart, two ways. Perhaps the most multi-functional piece to have in your home!

New Year’s Eve: Adults Only Beverage Station

Beyond the obvious cart itself, you’ll need a variety of glassware, a few bottles of sparkling water, champagne, wine, vodka, tequila, favored mixers, etc. Don’t forget an ice bucket, small vase with flowers, bowls of whole and cut up lemons and limes, and a cute little shaker!

New Year’s Day: Kiddos Art & Crafts Station

If you have early risers like I do, you’ll definitely want to have activities waiting for the kiddos in the morning so you can attempt to sleep in on New Year’s Day. We’ll see if this actually works, but I plan to switch out all of the adults-only beverages from the night before for markers and colored pencils, activity books and construction paper, cans of seltzer (my boys’ fave), and some easily accessible breakfast bars and snacks.

I love how compact but functional this bar cart is and plan to use it for non-bar related items year round!

P.S. - our exact cart happens to be on major sale now so I highly recommend snagging it before it sells out. Easily a favorite purchase of 2019!
